Online Sales

Shipping

I do my best to ship items quickly but occasional delays are likely. Items will typically ship within five days of being ordered. Larger or more complicated orders may take longer as special packaging may have to be purchased. At this time I can only ship orders to Canada and the Continental United States of America.

Microwave/Dishwasher Safe?

All of my functional pottery is fired to either cone 6 or cone 10 using food safe glazes. They are microwave and dishwasher safe though it’s recommended you use your best judgement. As with any daily use item ceramic dishes will experience normal wear and tear over time. This may include crazing (small fractures in the glaze that do not affect it’s food safeness) or small chips from rough handling. For increased longevity, careful handwashing is recommended. With that said, in my own home, dishes are frequently put through the microwave and dishwasher without any ill effect.

Returns

Please contact me at duncantweedceramics@gmail.com within 7 days if you have received a broken shipment. You have 30 days to return items that you are unsatisfied with upon receipt. You will be required to pay return shipping of the item in the condition it was received in. This does not cover pieces broken through negligence or normal wear and tear.

Workshops & Classes

I am no longer teaching regular classes. However, I am open to running weekend workshops for your organizations/studios/guilds - for further inquiries or information please email me at duncantweedceramics@gmail.com.

WHOLESALE/COMMISION

I am taking on commission orders on a first come, first serve basis. Please reach out with specific requests to duncantweedceramics@gmail.com. At this time I am do not do wholesale.
